The Sadex Management and Operations Team
The following details the background and experiences of the management team assembled to create, develop, and manage SADEX and future cold pasteurization activities within the Corporation.

Harlan Clemmons is the President and COO of SADEX Corporation and a member of its board. He is responsible for all aspects of the Sioux City facility. From 1999 to 2003, Mr. Clemmons served as Plant Manager as well as the primary client contact at the same facility, then owned by a different corporation. Prior to joining SADEX, Mr. Clemmons was with ConAgra as a production manager in the packaging, warehousing, bulk, elevator, and scheduling unit from 1996-1999. Mr. Clemmons designed and implemented numerous process improvement innovations during his tenure as a Plant and Production Manager. These included HACCP, Sanitation, Safety, and SOP plans to be compliant with FSIS, FDA, and USDA regulations. Mr. Clemmons has a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. |

Michael Adams is the Assistant Plant Manager and Operator for the Sioux City facility of the SADEX Corporation. From 2003 to 2004, Mr. Adams served as the Operator for the same facility, then owned by another corporation, where he was responsible for a crew of employees and the operation of the SureTrack Computer System. Prior to joining SADEX, Mr. Adams was with ConAgra in multiple capacities, most notably as a Head Miller, for over 25 years. During his long tenure at ConAgra, Mr. Adams implemented several time-saving and increased efficiency initiatives in milling facilities in Texas, Pennsylvania, Illinois, and Iowa. |

Matthew Flannigan is the Quality Assurance Manager for the Sioux City facility of SADEX Corporation. Before joining SADEX, Mr. Flannigan served as a Quality Assurance Inspector at Beef Products Incorporated in Dakota City, NE prior to assuming a BPI Quality Assurance Supervisory position in 2005. Before his time at BPI, Mr. Flannigan worked as a farmhand and butcher at multiple Midwest locales. Mr. Flannigan received his Bachleor's degree in Animal Science with a minor in Agricultural Business from South Dakota State University in 2004, where he also studied Meat Science for 2 1/2 years. |

Edward Clemmons is the Computer Systems Administrator for the Sioux City facility of the SADEX Corporation. His responsibilities include IT implementation and troubleshooting, production supervision, quality assurance monitoring, administrative tasks, and customer service. From 2000-2005, Mr. Clemmons attended the University of Iowa, where he received a B.S. in Chemistry with an emphasis in Pediatric Pre-medicine. Currently, Mr. Clemmons is pursuing his medical degree at Des Moines University and assisting SADEX in an off-site capacity. As such, his tasks currently focus on IT aspects, production efficiency, quality assurance, website maintenance and administrative responsibilities.

Kelly VanBuskirk is the Maintenance Technician for the Sioux City facility of the SADEX Corporation. From 2001 to 2003, Mr. VanBuskirk served as Electrical Maintenance Technician at the same facility, then owned by another corporation. Prior to joining SADEX, Mr. VanBuskirk was a journeyman electrician with various electrical companies in the Siouxland area. He had been employed by Sioux City-based High Tech Electric as an electrician and crew supervisor overseeing the electrical construction of the Tyson Event Center in Sioux City, Iowa. |

Terri Schroeder is the Administrative Assistant and Accounts Receivable person for the Sioux City facility of the SADEX Corporation. Before joining the SADEX team, Terri’s job background was in the retail management field, where she gained valuable experience in Customer Service. Terri will be the first person you will interact with upon contacting SADEX and will be the point person to direct you to the appropriate department.
